CAD JEWELLERY DESIGN - COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN

With an elite team of Jewellery designer using CAD Technology to design their creations, we now find ourselves immersed in a world of seemingly endless possibilities.

Whether designing a jewellery to add under store’s collection or creating a custom request order from a customer, with CAD we can create designs that are both precise and complex.

It starts with an initial CAD drawing, it will have multiple views of the piece to have a clear picture of the finished product. Changes can be made at this point in the design process. Once the design is approved, the master jeweller can begin the intricate work of manufacturing the item. The manufacturing process begins with the production of a resin (wax) mould from the original CAD design that is used to cast the design in the desired metal. It is then inspected, polished and stones are then handset in the finished piece and it is given a high polish finish.
